“K3 Capital Advisory” is a trading name of Quantuma Advisory Limited. You may not use the K3 Capital Advisory or Quantuma Advisory Limited name, logo or trade marks without our prior written consent.

You may print or download content from the Site for your own personal reference, provided you do not modify it and you acknowledge our ownership. No other reproduction, distribution or use is permitted without our written consent.

Actual debt capacity, lender appetite and available terms will depend on a range of factors — including the quality of management information, trading history, sector, security position and lender credit appetite — which cannot be captured in a summary tool. Any result produced by the calculator should be treated as a starting point for discussion, not a definitive assessment.

We accept no liability for decisions made in reliance on calculator outputs without a fuller advisory review.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by English law, we exclude all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any content on it.
