Scott Peters

Scott Peters leads K3 Capital Advisory and specialises in debt advisory and capital structure work for owner-managed and private equity-backed businesses. He has advised management teams, shareholders and investors on transactions ranging from working capital facilities and growth debt to leveraged buyouts and balance-sheet recapitalisations, with a particular focus on situations where the funding narrative needs to withstand detailed lender scrutiny.

Scott has worked across a broad range of mid-market mandates, including acquisition financings, refinancings ahead of maturity, and equity raises where the capital structure question is inseparable from the business plan. His approach is built around rigorous financial preparation and direct lender relationships — building a credible debt capacity case before approaching the market, and managing the lender process with the discipline that gives management teams the best chance of landing the right terms.

Before leading K3 Capital Advisory, Scott developed his corporate finance practice within the Quantuma group. He works across business services, industrials and technology sectors, and is frequently called on by PE sponsors and founders who need senior-level involvement from mandate start to close rather than institutional process management from junior teams.
